Associate Board
The Associate Board is a dynamic group of professionals dedicated to volunteering their time, talents, and energy to create a broader awareness of KEEN, scout locations for activities, and plan and produce fundraising events for KEEN New York.
Associate Board members have the unique opportunity to serve as advocates for KEEN’s mission to empower youth with disabilities by providing free, non-competitive one-to-one programs of exercise, fitness and fun, led by volunteer coaches.
The KEEN New York Associate Board strives to:
- Heighten awareness about children with disabilities and the fight against obesity
- Foster a network of similarly passionate and engaged professionals
- Increase the volunteer base among professionals
- Strategically address the fundraising needs of KEEN New York

Associate Board Members
Corina joined the KEEN NY family in 2013 as a BK basketball volunteer. The Coaches Committee quickly adopted her as one of their own and thus began her passionate love affair with the community. In 2017, Corina led the inaugural yoga program and also joined the KEEN NY Associate Board. Through the Associate Board, she planned several fundraisers, including the widely popular KEEN on Comedy show. As an active member of the Coaches Committee, she regularly leads the BK yoga program and also helps facilitate other programs.
Outside of KEEN, she spends her free time working in the exhilarating world of structured finance. She is often seen in the company of a finicky Shih-Tzu and a very muscular boyfriend who didn't help write this.
KEEN New York, LLC is an affiliate of KEENusa, a national, non-profit 501(c)3 organization with additional affiliates operating in Chicago, Greater Washington DC, Los Angeles, San Francisco, and St. Louis
