La-Neisha Pridgen is the North America Data Lead for Macquarie Asset Management, where she directs enterprise-scale data transformation initiatives and oversees global data programs that drive innovation, accessibility, and operational excellence. With over a decade of leadership experience in data strategy, analytics, and program delivery, La-Neisha is passionate about leading initiatives that make information more accessible, enhance collaboration, and enable organizations to better serve diverse communities.
Inspired by her connection to individuals with disabilities, La-Neisha is deeply committed to KEEN New York’s mission of creating inclusive, accessible opportunities for young people. She is passionate about fostering environments where every participant is celebrated for their unique abilities. She is honored to support KEEN’s vision of empowering youth through free, community-driven recreational programs.
