About
The Associate Board is a dynamic group of emerging leaders and professionals who volunteer their time, talents, and energy to expand awareness of KEEN New York. Members play a key role in scouting locations for activities, planning and producing fundraising events, and championing KEEN’s mission throughout their networks.
Serving on the Associate Board offers a unique opportunity to become an advocate for KEEN’s vision: empowering youth with disabilities through free, one-to-one, non-competitive programs focused on exercise, fitness, and fun—led entirely by volunteer coaches.
Our Goals
The KEEN New York Associate Board works collaboratively to:
- Raise awareness about children with disabilities and the importance of accessible fitness
- Foster a community of passionate, socially engaged professionals
- Expand our network of volunteers within the professional sector
- Strategically support KEEN New York’s fundraising goals
