Elaine Lawson
Elaine currently serves as the Vice President, Amazon Acquisition and Secured Card Marketing at Synchrony Financial where she is responsible for driving innovation to increase overall acquisition volume and spend for the Amazon credit card portfolio since 2023. Elaine has also worked in a number of marketing leadership roles including serving as the Senior Director of Development Marketing Communications at the Mount Sinai Health System in NYC and serving as the Vice President/Business Leader of U.S. Digital Marketing at Mastercard Worldwide in Purchase, NY.
Elaine has a Master of Science (M.S.) in Strategic Communications from Columbia University in NYC and a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Marketing from Manhattan College in Riverdale, NY.
She first became involved with KEEN NY by volunteering though the organization New York Cares in 2017. In August 2017, Elaine joined the newly founded Associate Board of KEEN NY as the VP of Events & Fundraising. After 2+ years Elaine stepped down from her VP role in 2020, but remained an active member on the Associate Board. In 2025, she was elected the Board of Directors of KEEN NY and is excited to continue to support this amazing organization.
