Eddy Casas

Eddy currently serves as a Director on the Mergers and Acquisitions team at UBS, where he has helped lead and announce over $100bn in M&A transactions since 2014. Prior to working at UBS, Eddy worked as an investment banking analyst at Citi on their Technology, Media and Telecommunications team. He has a Bachelor of Business Administration from Florida International University and is originally from Miami, Florida, where he likes to spend time longboarding with his daughter and relaxing on the beach.
He became involved in KEEN in early 2018 through CariClub, a platform that connects young professionals with nonprofit associate board opportunities, and assumed the presidency of KEEN New York’s Associate Board in the summer of 2019. He is excited to lead the Associate Board through this time of innovation and expansion.
Corina joined the KEEN NY family in 2013 as a BK basketball volunteer. The Coaches Committee quickly adopted her as one of their own and thus began her passionate love affair with the community. In 2017, Corina led the inaugural yoga program and also joined the KEEN NY Associate Board. Through the Associate Board, she planned several fundraisers, including the widely popular KEEN on Comedy show. As an active member of the Coaches Committee, she regularly leads the BK yoga program and also helps facilitate other programs.
Outside of KEEN, she spends her free time working in the exhilarating world of structured finance. She is often seen in the company of a finicky Shih-Tzu and a very muscular boyfriend who didn't help write this.
