Meet our new Executive Director - Maggie Harrison!

Maggie comes to us after several years in the non-profit arena; first with Comfort Zone Camp and then with Joyful Heart Foundation. At CZC, a national bereavement camp for children who have lost a parent, sibling or primary caregiver, Maggie served as Camps & Service Manager where she not only oversaw the daily operations of its New Jersey satellite camp but also had the privilege of working directly with all of the volunteers and campers. With JHF, Maggie was the Executive Assistant to the CEO of an organization whose mission is to heal, educate and empower survivors of domestic violence, sexual assault and child abuse. She also currently serves as the Senior Customer Service Representative for the World Adult Kickball Association (clearly she is still a kid at heart!).

Maggie's inspiration to work for KEEN New York comes from personal experience - her younger brother had special needs - and from a lifetime of playing sports. She is very passionate about our organization and looks to continue building upon the successes we have already seen.
